What this list actually tests
Each target is the largest gain that comparable setups on that stock reached often enough inside three months, and that the projected ceiling leaves room for. The date is how long those setups took, not a deadline. Where a stock has too few comparable setups, the market-wide rule stands in and the stock's page says so.
A projection is an extrapolation of past price behaviour and is frequently wrong. The honest number to judge these by is the track record, which publishes every call and whether it reached its target — including the ones that did not.
