Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trade The Path, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Trade The Path publishes Aaron Parsons' own trading model and trading plan as general information. It includes:

• Stock price history, trend channels, and projected entry and exit levels derived from Aaron's model
• Execution-only broker integration tools that show your own holdings and carry out your own instructions
• Telegram alerts when stocks reach model-generated levels

This is not personal advice. The levels and plans published are Aaron's own, the same for every user, and do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.

Not Financial Advice

Grow Unlimited LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company does not hold an Australian financial services licence and is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Nothing on Trade The Path is personal advice or a recommendation for your circumstances. The model levels, trading plans, and broker tools are provided as general information only.

You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Before acting on any information published here, consider whether it is appropriate for your situation and seek independent financial, legal, or tax advice.

Risk Warning

Trading stocks involves risk, including the loss of all money invested. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Model projections are statistical extrapolations of historical prices and are often wrong. Trade The Path publishes its own track record; results are before costs, taxes, and slippage, and "best possible exit" figures reflect prices that could not reliably have been captured.

Broker Integration

The broker connection tools are execution-only: they display your own data and carry out your own instructions. Trade The Path is not your broker and does not execute trades on your behalf. Your broker decides whether an order is accepted, at what price it fills, and what it costs. A limit order may never fill.

Your broker credentials are encrypted in your browser before being transmitted and stored. To place an order, you must unlock the connection with your passphrase. Every order must be reviewed and confirmed by you before it is sent.

Subscription and Billing

Free features (charts, trend lines, model levels, watchlist) are available to all registered users. Telegram alerts require a paid subscription.

Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you selected (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time in Settings; you retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Prices are in US dollars and may change on notice. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions until their next renewal.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on Trade The Path, including the model, trend analysis, charts, and text, is owned by Grow Unlimited LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow Unlimited LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any trading losses resulting from reliance on information published on Trade The Path
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on the service, including broker errors or failures

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice on the site. Continued use of Trade The Path after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
